Processing & Shipping
Ready-to-wear items are processed within 2–4 business days. Custom-made wigs are processed within 7–14 business days. Shipping time begins after processing, and weekends and holidays are not included. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Wig Care Instructions
Gently detangle from the ends upward using a wide-tooth comb. Wash with moisturizing, sulfate-free products and lukewarm water. Air-dry whenever possible, apply heat protectant before styling, and store your hair properly when it is not being worn.

Due to the nature of hair products, all purchases are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. The hair must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and inside its original packaging.
