Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the hygienic and customized nature of wigs, hair extensions, closures, frontals, and related products, Crownmeblaclabel does not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders cannot be returned or refunded because of buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size, length, texture, color, lace type, cap size, or shipping address selected by the customer. Items that have been worn, installed, brushed, combed, washed, colored, cut, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for review.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. The product must remain unused and unaltered. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and cannot be accepted once processing or customization has started.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Crownmeblaclabel is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.
