Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Ready-to-ship products and made-to-order products may have different processing times. Please review the product description before purchasing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping is $8 and generally arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Express shipping is $15 and generally arrives within 1–2 business days after processing. Orders of $300 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Crownmeblaclabel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Crownmeblaclabel is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, stolen packages, or packages sent to an incorrect address supplied during checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging.
